    How do I set up a wholesale account?

    Click on the link in the upper righthand corner of the screen that says “Create Account”. Then click on the button that says “Wholesale Account”. Fill out the required information regarding your business and upload your resale certificate. Allow 24 business hours for initial account setup/approval. We will contact you when the account is live.

    I forgot my password.

    Click the “Log In” button at the top right-hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll 
    see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send you an email 
    with your password.


    How do I return a product?

     Please contact us for details.


    I received the wrong product.

    If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service 
    within 24 hours of receiving the product.


    What is your return policy?

    No returns, refunds or exchanges without prior authorization.


    How much is my shipping?

    Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. 
    Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered 
    Shipping Method choices and their prices.

    When will my order ship?

     Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. 
    Also, after placing your order, you may Log In at the top right-hand side of our site to 
    track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order 
    has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

    How long does it take you to process orders?

    We process orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Retail orders generally ship the same day if they are placed prior to 4pm. Wholesale orders generally ship within 3 business days or faster, pending product availability.

    Can I pay with PayPal?

    Unfortunately, no. In the United States PayPal does not allow us to use their services based on the type of business we are.

    Can I pay with Western Union?

    We can accept Western Union wire transfers, sent as regular bank wire transfers. We cannot accept Western Union any other way.

    Can I pay by sending a bank wire?

    Yes, please contact us for our wire information.
